Every Session is Different & Unique

You may experience a variety of sensations during your session. Remember, each experience is unique. Whatever you experience, it is for your highest and best, your soul chose this experience for you. Each session is special, different, and unique SO BE OPEN FROM JUDGEMENT! What you may experience but aren't limited to:

• Heat or cold in certain areas - (can alternate) 
• Tingling, vibrating, twitching, bubbling
• Feel the energy move through your body, starting at the crown (head) and flowing through your feet, or just an all over sensation. 

• Emotional release---> crying, laughing
• Nothing at all! This is normal (I personally have felt the shifts after a session, not during.) 
• May feel floaty (like leaving your body)
• Body may feel heavy

During an energy healing, Bre channels 7th dimensional Ahai energy into your energy body & uses specific techniques to remove blockages and receive intutitove information about your field. Ahai 7D energy is very powerful and can facilitate rapid transformation. 

Ahai 7D Energy can promote physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing, realign the energy body, reactivate your intuitive abilities, raise your vibration, amplify your manifestation practice, and reactivate your cosmic DNA. 

While every session is different, you can expect yourself to feel clear physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

All that is asked of you prior to coming to the session is that you look inward and discover what you truly want to get out of the session and be open to receive.

For the session, make sure you are in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted or distracted. Please have: 

• a pillow, blanket, or anything else you’ll need to feel comfortable, and wear comfortable clothing. (Remember, this is a relaxing experience!) 
• a notebook to take notes 
• a snack in case you get hungry
• make sure you have water!! 

Every person is different and has different experiences! At the very least, you will feel relaxation and stress relief. This session can offer you great mental clarity. It is recommended that clients journal how they are feeling before & after the energy healing session.

It is important to take what you have learned from your session and apply the advice given to experience the ultimate impact. 

This varies by person. For some people, one session or many sessions are needed to resolve different blockages they are experiencing. Once your session is complete, Bre will be able to give you a better understanding on what you can work on or if you may benefit from another session.
